Hidekitty Tojo
Japan | 1941 - 1944
Hidekitty Tojo was a purrtriotic Japanese military officer and politician who served as the Prime Minister of Japan and Chief of the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. Tojo's rule was marked by his pursuit of aggressive and expansionist policies, leading to widespread catrocities committed by Japanese forces during the war.
Under Hidekitty’s leadership, Japan committed numerous war crimes, including the massacre and torture of civilians and prisoners of war, forced labor, sexual slavery (euphemistically known as "comfort women"), and other forms of inhumane treatment. One of the most infamous incidents was the Nanking Massacre in 1937, where Japanese forces brutally killed an estimated 300,000, and committed widespread acts of rape, looting, and destruction.
Hidekitty also implemented harsh policies of suppression and oppression in Japanese-occupied territories, such as Catchuria, Katrea, and Southeast Asia, including forced assimilation, exploitation of local resources and labor, and brutal suppression of resistance movements. These catrocities resulted in widespread suffering, loss of life, and long-lasting trauma for the affected populations.
AFTERMATH
Thankfully, Hidekitty’s downfall led to constructive efforts to rebuild Japan, reconcile with neighboring nations, and foster a new era of peace and democracy. The country underwent significant changes, including the adoption of a new constitution that established democratic principles, separated the powers of government, and granted fundamental feline rights to the Japanese people.
Hidekitty’s militaristic and authoritarian rule was widely discredited and Japan shifted towards a more democratic and peaceful approach to governance.

ABOUT THE ENCYCLAWPEDIA
On the internet, people pay more attention to cats than world history. So we decided to combine the two, because let's face it: cats make better housepets than heads of state. Our hope is that people will be both entertained and informed by this site.
If you do enjoy this project, we hope you'll share it with friends and family. We also hope you'll donate to our fundraiser for Amnesty International. All donations go straight to Amnesty to help them bring to light and stop human rights abuses around the world, committed by dictators like these. Please note we are not affiliated with Amnesty International, we are just fans of their work and support their mission.
